We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare Zaraz to collect anonymous usage data. This includes:
— Page views and visit counts
— Country (derived from IP address, not stored)
— Browser type and device type
— Referral source (how you found us)
— Anonymous event counts: how many images were uploaded, exported, or copied to clipboard
— Your images. All image processing happens entirely in your browser. No images are uploaded to our servers at any point.
— Your name, email, or any personal information (unless you contact us directly).
— Your IP address. Cloudflare does not store IP addresses for analytics purposes.
Resize & Crop is a fully client-side tool. When you upload an image, it is processed locally in your browser using the HTML5 Canvas API. Nothing is sent to our servers. When you export, the file is generated in your browser and downloaded directly to your device.
We store a small amount of data in your browser's local storage to remember your recently used preset sizes. This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time by clicking "Clear" next to the Recently Used section, or by clearing your browser's local storage.
We use one cookie set by Cloudflare Zaraz to enable advanced analytics reporting (session tracking, funnel analysis, and event breakdowns). This cookie does not contain personal information and is used solely to count anonymous usage events. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any cookies that follow you across other websites.
We use Cloudflare to host the site, deliver analytics, and manage email routing. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to data processed through their network.
If you have any questions about this privacy policy or want to make a data request, email us at hello@resizecrop.com. We'll respond within 5 business days.
This policy may be updated occasionally. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
